National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust established by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) with the objective of enhancing the quality of securities market in the country through knowledge-based interventions. The institute therefore conducts a number of educational programs for Securities Market professionals and also various financial literacy initiatives for investors from all walks of life.

National Institute of Securities Markets has built a campus on 70 Acres land at Patalganga, a location around 40 kilometres away from Vashi on Mumbai-Pune highway. The campus has a number of facilities i.e. Orientation Block (with ground plus two floors), Academic Blocks (four blocks with interconnecting corridor and each block with ground plus two floors), Student Blocks (Four blocks with each block having ground plus seven floors), an Amphi-Theatre, an Auditorium, a Recreation Block and Residential Blocks.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Desktops, Laptops and Printers to be deployed at NISM Campus.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for setting up Digital Signage solution for NCFE PAN India consisting of 30 Interactive Kiosks and 70 Large Format Commercial Displays (LFD) on Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Model where the kiosks, displays and software are owned by NISM and maintained by the selected bidder. The scope includes Monitoring,Maintenance and Technical Support Service for 3 years.

Currently, it is operating partly from its Vashi premise and partly from its new Campus located Plot No. IS-1 & IS-2 & IS-4, Patalganga Industrial Area, Mohpada Village, Taluka Khalapur, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra, Pin 410 222. It is slated to move its operations to its 70 acre new NISM campus located at Patalganga some time during December 2016/January 2017. Currently, NISM has a total strength of 200+ comprising staff and students. The same is expected to grow upto 500 over a period of two to three years.

Among the main features of the campus at Patalganga would be modern classrooms equipped with latest technology, 400 seater auditorium, library, amphitheatre and a recreational block. In its first phase accommodation for 900 students is being created along with other amenities area.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) issued for the purpose of pre-qualifying agencies for providing catering services at its new campus located at Patalganga.

NISM is planning to conduct “Financial Literacy” test for school children. While this test is envisaged to be an online test for a majority of schools, a sizable number of schools are expected to opt for “Paper & Pen” based test. The “Paper & Pen” based test shall be conducted using OMR sheets. Hence there is a requirement to get OMR sheets printed and also to scan the OMR answer sheets for processing the test result. This Request for Proposal is for the said OMR sheet printing and scanning work.
